THE TECH SAM is a trading brand operated by FOP OLEH SHOSTKEVYCH, Ukraine. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles payments and approved refunds.

Requesting a refund

If a product does not work as described or you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at personal@shostkevych.com with your purchase email, transaction details, and reason for the request.

Refund eligibility is assessed based on the product, circumstances, applicable consumer law, and the terms accepted at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already completed. If you experience a billing problem, contact us promptly so we can investigate it.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
