Terms of Service

THE TECH SAM is a trading brand operated by FOP OLEH SHOSTKEVYCH, Ukraine (“THE TECH SAM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern your access to and use of our websites, software, and digital products.

Our products

Product features, deliverables, pricing, billing periods, and any product-specific conditions are presented before purchase. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use our products only for lawful purposes.

Orders and billing

Our payment process is provided by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, payment-related customer service, and returns. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms presented during Paddle Checkout.

Subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our products, interfere with their operation, bypass access restrictions, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Intellectual property

Our products, branding, software, and content remain owned by us or our licensors. A purchase grants only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable product under these terms and any conditions shown at purchase.

Availability and liability

We work to provide dependable products but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update products or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
